As we reach a peaceful spot, we'll gather for a guided meditation to delve deeper into your inner world. What to expect: Mindful Walk: A gentle walk along the river, encouraging present-moment awareness and connection with nature. Guided Meditation: A soothing meditation to explore your thoughts and feelings. Shared Experience: A time for reflection and sharing your experiences with like-minded individuals. In order to hold your spot in the course, please make full payment for the session. If you can no longer attend the session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and I will refund you in full.
